**OUR OFFER**
- C$ 20.00 - C$ 26.00/hour (depending on your experience)
- Overtime is any time over 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week (whichever works in your favour) at C$30.00 - $39.00/hour overtime
- Vacation pay (4%) at the end of the season
- Consistent work with 30 - 60 hours per week until the end of September

**OUR IDEAL RAFTING GUIDE**
- Experienced commercial rafting guide and absolutely stoked about rafting
- Willing to learn to work in a new team
- Has some excellent customer service skills
- Excited to work a full-time, seasonal schedule
**WHAT WE DO**
We offer half-day commercial white water rafting trips on the Kananaskis River (class 3 and 2) and the Horseshoe Canyon (class 4) between Banff and Calgary in Alberta, Canada. We keep raising our own bar on safety and customer service, and we work in a proactive and positive team.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years of class 3-4 raft guiding experience in paddle rafts
- Current Alberta raft guide certification or equivalent
- Current Rescue 3 Swift Water Rescue Technician certificate or equivalent
- Current standard first aid (mínimal 2-day course) and CPR certification, advanced first aid (40 - 80 hours) would be preferred
- Available full-time for the summer season (from May until September)
- Completion of high school
**JOB DUTIES**
Leading small groups on whitewater trips, advising on safety, guiding rafts, operating communication (including emergency) devices, providing emergency or first aid assistance, maintaining and repairing equipment, training and supervising junior staff, keeping logs and maintaining records.
