Must currently live in Canmore, AB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gluten free cooking with many recipes being dairy free and vegan
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces, as well as, packaging and labelling food.
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing food preparation surfaces
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service

**Skills**:

- Must have 1 year of kitchen + cooking experience
- Must have 1 year customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure food is cooked properly and presented attractively
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

*Must already live in Canmore, with own accommodation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
