**Job Posting**: Automotive Aftermarket Vehicle Accessories: Regional Sales Manager: Northern Alberta / Northern B.C.

**The opportunity**:
Manage a high-volume sales territory. Sell and promote Grandwest products to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth while maintaining a high level of service. This will be achieved through regular and direct contact with the customers.

**Overview/Expectations**:

- Maintain, develop, and establish business relationships with current and prospective customers, providing the best customer service in the industry.
- Assess potential new customers in terms of market impact and profitability.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategies in regard to sales calls and presentations to new

and existing customers.
- Coordinate sales efforts in company-led programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints. Develop solutions and make recommendations to management.
- Maintain and review customer account quotes on a regular basis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and customer needs in order to recommend new products.
- Analyze territory for opportunities in market trends, potential new customers, and existing customers that have greater potential.
- Qualify new accounts to determine if they should be given a GW account.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, territory analyses, competitive activities, and potential new products.
- Gather marketplace information on pricing, products,

delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc., and report back to the office.
- Provide customers with product information and education on Grandwest product offerings and assist in

making correct product choices.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, product/sales training, seminars, and Quarterly meetings.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge. (CRM management)

**Monthly/Weekly Duties**:

- Building new relationships with potential customers and analyzing their business model in accessories.

Coach them at becoming a business partner with Grandwest.
- New account set up to existing customer ratio should be 50% new & 50% existing.
- Cold calling in person and on the phone. Phone calls 25-30 per day. Time management will include 50% traveling making in-person visits (8-10 per day) and 50% spent in the office on phone calls (25-30 per day).
- Make program-specific calls when programs are presented.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
