**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Regional Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing, scheduling and managing our janitorial staff, ensuring that all cleaning operations are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our company’s growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory and supplies, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Encourage a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team and our clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Covering general cleaning duties and performing specialized cleaning duties when required.
- Complete Overtime when required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or facility management industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of janitorial equipment, chemicals, and cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Clean Criminal Record
- Driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

**Shift Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (430PM-1230AM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:
