We’re searching for a passionate and driven **Store Supervisor** to lead the charge from day one

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Inspire and Lead**: Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team while fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- **Deliver Excellence**: Maintain a “customer first” attitude by modeling and ensuring outstanding customer service.
- **Communicate Clearly**: Act as the key link between team members and the store manager, ensuring operations run smoothly.
- **Problem-Solve Like a Pro**: Stay calm under pressure, addressing challenges and setting a positive example during peak times.
- **Drive Operational Success**: Support the store manager in implementing company programs and procedures while identifying areas for improvement.
- **Build Connections**: Engage with customers and understand the unique needs of the local community.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
