Agropur is looking for a person to fill the position of Organizational Development and Talent Management Consultant who will have a strong focus on talent management.

The person will be primarily responsible for the implementation and maintenance of talent management programs (70% talent management and 30% organizational development)

The individual will also be involved in various employee experience initiatives including career pathing, leadership development, employee mobility, engagement surveys, as well as succession planning projects.

What you will be responsible for:

- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with the Human Capital team in the US and Canada, as well as management, to effectively implement programs and drive adoption within Agropur.
- Builds strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure the right initiatives and actions are in place to address diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging needs and foster a positive employee experience.
- Will participate in the creation of organizational development toolkits, which will then be used by the various Agropur facilities to enhance the employee experience.
- Manage programs such as: performance review, succession, mentoring and coaching.

What you need:

- An excellent attitude and desire to work in an agile mode with constant learning
- A Bachelor's degree (required)
- A combination of equivalent education and experience (may be considered)
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in talent management
- Strong communication skills in French and English. English will be used to communicate with employees in our locations outside the province of Quebec and in the United States.
- SHRM professional certification or Certified Human Resources Professional certification is an asset.
