If you enjoy designing innovative learning solutions and contributing to talent growth, this opportunity is for youWhat You’ll DoEvaluate, design, and deploy training programs and projects that meet the current and future needs of our various sites.Implement career development and professional improvement paths.Support onboarding, compliance training, and continuous skills development initiatives.Anticipate development needs and support managers by proposing innovative training solutions.Lead training sessions, facilitate workshops, and create dynamic microlearning experiences.Contribute to and develop the new Illuxi platform, which will host development paths and various training resources.Collaborate with internal experts and external suppliers at all stages (design, validation, production), ensuring content accuracy and brand identity compliance.Manage external consultants and partners (contracts, budget, follow-up).Act as a training and development expert within the team, incorporating best practices in the field.Stay abreast of new learning trends and tools and recommend continuous improvements to existing programs.Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with various internal partners.What You BringExcellent communication and influencing skills, even without direct authority.Motivating leadership that fosters professional development and employee engagement.Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.Structured and rigorous approach, combined with great creativity in finding learning solutions.Ability to act as a strategic partner in a complex, constantly evolving environment.Professional curiosity and the ability to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in the training field.Collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.RequirementsUniversity degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and development.Experience with training management platforms and systems (Illuxi) – a distinct asset.Solid experience with Office 365 and instructional design tools.Excellent command of adult learning principles and corporate training management.Proven skills in training project management.Good understanding of the manufacturing/industrial sector and related organizational issues.Bilingualism English, FrenchWhy Join Foliot?Be part of something bigger: a human, committed, and innovative team where every person matters and contributes to real, meaningful projects—all in a modern, stimulating, and collaborative environment.
