The Performance Media Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of media activations focused on awareness and acquisition for Browns Shoes. This position oversees media planning and partners with creative leaders to manage the asset development, implementation, measurement, and reporting of all media activations. You will be the daily contact with our media agency and media vendor partners to clearly communicate the brand's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the agency to develop full funnel, ROI-driven media campaigns as well as other cross functional departments including Creative, Marketing, and CRM.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life, aligning media strategies for priority and private label brands against broader brand growth objectives.
- Develop briefing notes for the media agency and campaign elements briefing notes for the creative teams.
- Guide the relationship with the media agency, managing budget, spend recommendations/optimizations, agency billing, reconciliations, etc.
- Lead implementation/tagging, optimization, creation, and measurement of integrated media strategies, in collaboration with agency partners and internal creative, and analytics teams.
- Develop the KPIs in partnership with the agency and analytics to measure performance, owning reporting of campaign performance against the goals.
- Provide actionable creative insights to strengthen and evolve briefings each season.
- Manage daily interactions with the global agency, brand, and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class media principles, guidelines and investments are made.
- Link brand media and regional performance campaigns to ensure cohesive cross-platform journeys that leverage consumer behavior, partner/platform insights, data, and performance.
- Serve and maintain partnerships with major media platforms, test new capabilities and opportunities, staying up to date on evolving digital landscape and best practices.
- Support internal weekly meetings and updates, including presenting updates and strategies to management as required.
- Collaborate across various departments, including but not limited to marketing, analytics, social teams, etc.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in Performance Media management alongside an agency.
- Full competency across all paid media channels with a strong emphasis on digital. OOH, TV, audio, print etc. are strengths, but not as important.
- Strong ability to evaluate media plans against strategy as well as reach, effectiveness, and impact.
- Strong analytic skills including detailed knowledge of key KPIs such as ROAS and LTV/CAC
- Strong background in GA and other BI tools (such as Tableau). SQL writing is a plus but not required.
- Strong project management, coordination, and influence skills; ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
- An understanding of media research tools/models, utilizing data and analytics to influence, define and drive short and long term goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, or related field.
