Job Description**
What will you do**

The Supervisor will lead a team in delivering operational services with an extensive focus on employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This leader will manage and maintain HR processes and systems, data analytics, support the implementation of new initiatives, such as the upcoming HRIS implementation, and much more.
**Data Management**
- Monitor and maintain internal HR transactions, integrations, and databases.
- Enter data and complete transactions in appropriate systems, manage data transactions and other administrative process steps.
- Manage all employee files, as well as monitoring the international mobility records (ex. work permit renewals, etc.).
- Gather data, perform and support various types of reporting (including standard, transactional, ad hoc, etc.).
- Complete various government related reports to ensure compliance, including the 1% training, Pay Equity and recruitment statistics questionnaires surveys or declarations.
- Build and monitor key HR Technology operations metrics.
**Process Optimization**
- Continuously review current HR policies, processes and procedures and measure their effectiveness.
- Map or document HR workflows to ensure uniformity across the HR community.
- Suggest new and improved HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Keep the team informed of new or revised policies, processes, and procedures.
**Relationship and Team Management**:

- Partner with all HR stakeholders (Manager, Business Partners, Recruiters, Payroll Specialists, etc.) to ensure the achievement of team objectives.
- Build strong relationships with third parties to ensure seamless service delivery across organizational lines and providers, such as training providers, immigration consultants, etc.
- Ensure that all training needs, specifically those related to the Operations team are responded to and that relevant training activities are coordinated by the team and followed up on.
- Ensure that employee queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive and handle escalations when guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required.
- Support, train and manage a team, primarily of HR Coordinators.

**Qualifications**:

- BAC/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Specialist, Generalist or related position
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with data analytics and reporting
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
