**Accounts Payable Clerk**

**Responsibilities**
- Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos that are due
- Paying employees by receiving and verifying expense reports using company-specific accounting software
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network
- Assisting other departments with equipment or product purchases, tracking assets and accounts for acquisition
- Confirming subcontractor billed working hours, bonuses, and projects
- Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices
- Entering, posting and reconciling batches
- Researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors
- Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger

**Qualifications for Accounts Payable Clerk**
- High school diploma. associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2-3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytic abilities

**Additional Information**:
Work: Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00

We contracted a wide range of finely designed buildings, sections and features, and have demonstrated our ability to construct detailed design elements and finishes. Korban works with a variety of finishes and material components in challenging spaces and conditions, often in areas where ongoing activity cannot be disrupted and business must go on. We have the ability to work within critical environments which involve construction around sensitive equipment, fire stopping, complex technological networks and safety maintenance.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
