**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ingredient Preparation**:Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and meats according to recipes and instructions.
- **Portioning**:Accurately measuring and portioning ingredients for individual meals or batches.
- **Meal Assembly**:Combining ingredients to create pre-portioned meals, salads, or other dishes.
- **Storage**:Properly storing prepared ingredients and meals to maintain freshness and safety.
- **Organization**:Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, including workstation setup and food storage.
- **Inventory Management**:Assisting with inventory checks and restock, ensuring all necessary ingredients are available.
- **Basic Cooking**:May be responsible for simple cooking tasks like parboiling or preparing sauces.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:Following all food safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of kitchen hygiene.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Culinary Knowledge**: Strong understanding of basic culinary techniques and food preparation.
- **Organization and Time Management**: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in portioning and recipe execution.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Meticulous attention to kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Ability to communicate effectively with AIMFIT operations lead.
- **Basic Cooking Skills**: Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and equipment.
- **Food Safety Certification**: Ideally, a food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
