**Position Type**: Permanent, Full-Time

**Schedule**: 8 hour shifts will be assigned within our hours of operation on a rotational basis.

We are expanding and looking for multiple customer service representatives for a full-time position to help us in this growth.
This position is key to the success of our organization as providing excellent service is the core of what we do.

You will act as the first point of contact between our customers and the field sales team. Everyday you will be:

- Identifying what the customer values and matching his/her needs to our product offerings;
- Booking, confirming and documenting inbound rental opportunities and qualifying appointments for the field sales team;
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in written and oral communication in French and English is mandatory;
- Strong interpersonal skills and passionate commitment to helping customers;
- Outgoing, positive, ‘smile’ on phone attitude;
- Excellent listening skills and proven ability to ask effective, probing questions;
- Strong influencing skills;
- Strong computer skills, including accurate and efficient typing skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Being comfortably with routine tasks
- Previous professional experience in an customer service role is an asset.

**Work Expectations**:

- 40 hours per week.
- Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday EST (8am to 8pm).
- Availability within this time frame is mandatory.
