Join our team as a **Client Onboarding & Support Technician**—an entry-level role with a clear path to become a Customer Support Manager

**What You’ll Do**
As a Client Onboarding & Support Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Client Onboarding**: Assist new clients with account setup, product walkthroughs, and initial training.
- **Data Cleanup**: Help organize, clean, and import client data to ensure smooth system transitions.
- **Software Support**: Assist clients in using core features of our CRM, including mass communications, web posting, and other essential modules.
- **Support to Customer Support Manager**: Work closely with the manager to implement onboarding checklists, manage support tickets, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, data status, and common support issues.

**Work Environment**
- **In-Office Position**: This role requires full-time attendance at our Mississauga office.

Pay: $37,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
