Seeking skillful licensed regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) for an established firm located in Calgary, AB.

Established in 2002, our firm prides itself on an entrepreneurial attitude and a supportive team to exceed client expectations and help many newcomers establish a successful start in their lives in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document reviews and submissions
- Consultations with prospective clients ranging from international students to permanent residence
- Continuous client case management and case care to support optimal case results
- Support and advise internal support staff on new legislation,
- Support the improvement of documentation and submission practices
- Follow-up communication with clients and staff
- Prepare detailed notes after each consultation and post to internal case information channel
- Keep files (digital and physical) orderly and securely
- Follow and disseminate regular and vital immigration legal knowledge to staff and clients
- Support and initiate legal information distribution on media channels (such as through writing, speaking, or video)

Qualifications desired:

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Very strong computer skills
- Extensive knowledge on main PR and temporary residence programs
- Work from office is required
- CICC License is a MUST (RCIC)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Pay will be an accumulation of per case represented commensurate with experience.

Full time or Part Time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
