Treasure Hill is looking for a **New Homes - Customer Care Concierge **to join its Construction team.

Treasure Hill is an award-winning home builder of new single-detached family homes and townhomes in new communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

**Job Title: New Homes - Customer Care Concierge**

Customer Care Concierge assists with all service requirements such as issuing work orders for service technicians and trades, scheduling service appointments with techs, trades and homeowners while ensuring the overall compliance with Tarion guidelines.

**Reports to Customer Care Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and assessing the homeowner's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handling Tarion 30-day, 1 year, and 2 year forms and related documentation regarding deficiencies and conciliations
- Interacting with trade partners and scheduling deficiency repairs with the homeowners
- Using the Pass and NewStar programs to enter deficiencies and conciliations
- Interacting with trade partners and scheduling deficiency repairs with the homeowners
- Checking the Tarion portal daily to upload Tarion forms to Pass or NewStar
- Primary contact for homeowners from point of firm sale to 2-7 years after closing
- Schedule and book PDI with homeowner
- Review outstanding aging weekly items and making sure deficiencies are not going over the Tarion 120-day limit
- Work closely with service technicians, supervisors and internal departments
- Send out touch points correspondence to homeowners
- Provide weekly reports to Customer Care Manager

**Skills/Attributes Required**:

- At least 5 years experience working as a Customer Care Concierge in new home construction
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Going the extra mile to engage homeowners
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to exercise patience and an overall positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate for a win-win solution
- Ability to visit Treasure Hill Projects and meet with both internal teams and site staff
- Attend Tarion seminars and ongoing learning courses
- Experience in NewStar is an asset

**Working Environment**:

- Position performed in the Corporate Head office setting located in Vaughan, Ontario, and active construction sites throughout the Greater Toronto area
