We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team at Dirsal Homes. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks across the Greater Toronto Area, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional renovation projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including demolition, framing, and finishing work.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for projects.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times during work activities.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Commitment to safety practices on the job site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
