The Universal Collision Centre (UCC) is looking for a Collision Repair Advisor to join our growing team If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you
The Collision Repair Advisor works with the customer, insurance adjuster and the Auto Body Technicians to coordinate the repair of vehicles ensuring an exceptional customer experiance.
**The Job**:
- Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status
- Interact with customers and understanding their requirements
- Meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
- Give suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle
- Estimate the cost and the time for the repair/up-gradation of the vehicle
- Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
- Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
- Take telephone inquires and queries of customers
- Make evaluating reports for the establishment and attend the training process for new products
**Qualifications**
- At least one year of direct experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities
- Ability to negotiate with clients
