**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. The primary focus of your job will be to provide support to your teammates at Sowingo and coordinate activities.

Your duties may include:

- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and other organizational needs
- Plan and organize employee events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and recognition events.
- Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents and other HR related tasks
- Support the organization by performing various administrative duties as required, such as data entry, reporting, generating invoices and maintaining organizational records

You will also work closely with senior leadership in a cross functional manner with the key departments in the organization. This role offers a high growth opportunity primarily in the HR, success, support, and product fields.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
