This is a contract role within the Operations Support Office, providing critical administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up.Assist with invoice processing, expense management, and ordering office supplies.Prepare and format reports and documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Manage departmental record-keeping in compliance with corporate retention schedules and recognized records management practices.Act as a point of contact for incoming queries and documentation flow within the department.Conduct research on best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.What You Need to SucceedUndergraduate degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Approximately 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with various office automation tools.Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP) is an asset.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.Demonstrated financial acumen and resourcefulness in problem-solving and process improvement.Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing competing priorities.What’s in It for YouThis is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organization that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
