**Performance Collision** is looking for a **Prepper** to join their dynamic team in Niagara

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Ensure all vehicles scheduled to be painted are masked and covered before the painting technician receives the vehicle.
- Paint vehicles as required.
- Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to, the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Understand and comply with all federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), waste disposal regulations, etc.
- Other duties as required by management.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 2-3 years experience in Automotive body work servicing.
- Automotive Painting experience is an asset.
- Experience in sanding, mudding, and other necessary exterior body work repair techniques.
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and willingness to learn and succeed.
- Able to bring vehicles to high qualities of interior/exterior cleanliness.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have knowledge in dealership paperwork process
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be team oriented, hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work overtime when required.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings**

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
