Goldstein Financial Consultants is an independent Mutual Fund Dealership located in North York. It is a family owned business that has been in operations for over 50 years.

**Position Summary**:
The primary responsibility for this role is to ensure the seamless administration of the mutual fund SWP/RRIF/LIF module for all clients. This role will also be responsible for identifying changes to improve the existing processes. The position reports to the Office/Operations Manager.
- Maintaining the mutual fund RRIF/LIF/SWIP module on Viefund to ensure clients receive payments accurately and on time
- Reviewing clients’ accounts for all payments and responding to client inquiries
- Preparing for weekly meetings with management to review accounts
- Preparing processing forms and phoning clients to review all transactions
- Follow-up with fund companies on all changes and file paperwork accordingly
- Responsible for implementing any changes in the program in order to improve the existing process
- Assisting with departmental projects and providing team support as needed
- Weekly reception lunch phone coverage as per schedule
- Post secondary education (diploma and/or degree) preferred
- Successful completion of Mutual Fund Course (IFC) preferred
- Minimum 3+ years experience in an Administrative/Data entry role
- Good knowledge of mutual funds (through industry experience or IFC)
- Client service experience in the financial industry
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Great organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly adaptable, flexible professional who embraces teamwork, and can work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative/data entry: 3 years (preferred)
- client service experience in the financial industry: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Mutual Fund Course (IFC) (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M2N 6L9
