**This is a hybrid position and requires you to work onsite from our Barrie office. 100% work-from-home is not available for this position.**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
As an **Experienced Collections Professional**, you will be:

- Making contact with consumers via telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts.
- Completing initial trace work using online tools and account systems.
- Verifying consumer information.
- Professionally negotiating with consumers and exploring money sources to determine the best possible arrangement.
- Maximize revenue and achieve set goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- You have at least **1-2 years **of experience working in collections
- Experience in third-party collections is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- You thrive in a high paced work environment.
- You are highly organized.
- You are always professional.
- You are driven to exceed personal and team targets
