Our Retail sales Supervisor position is ideal for a responsible and energetic supervisor who can lead a team of retail associates. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure as well as a willingness to work extra hours when necessary. We're looking for an individual with retail experience, a passion for customer service and the desire to help others succeed in the workplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff and Assign duties
- Approve payments and the return Product
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Keep track of in-demand inventory and ordering merchandise as per requirements
- Keep track of monthly sales and merchandising
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff.
- Maintain visual standards of the store, like store cleanliness, displays and sign s
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
- Educate yourself and employees on hazards, safety practices and rules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management (preferred)
