As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, maintain operational excellence, guide associates in solutions, products, and services, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Model and coach the selling model within the store by engaging customers and motivating associates, focusing on high performance and a customer‑first mindset. Sales Execution: Demonstrate customer engagement and maximize sales while effectively assisting customers; execute, communicate and ensure understanding of flyers and promotional items. Team Leadership: Cultivate a selling culture, adopt and teach new trends, products and services. Partner with store leaders to set and execute sales goals and targets. Operational Excellence: Support operational excellence and store brand standards for all areas, including health & safety, loss prevention, and policies and procedures. Training & Development: Conduct training of associates, inspire continuous learning and development. Administrative Duties: As a keyholder, ensure safe opening and closing, handle daily and weekly timekeeping, payroll, and maintain compliance with health & safety and asset protection standards. Required Qualifications 3+ years of retail sales experience, direct experience in technology sales preferred. 1–2 years supervisory experience with direct accountability for achieving sales and customer service targets. Strong communication skills to inspire customers and associates. Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong prioritization and multi‑tasking skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of key holder duties, health & safety, asset protection.
