Tm2SPORTS - We are Central Canada's leading customized sportswear, corporate wear, custom uniforms and performance apparel company. Our Retail Store location is located in Saskatoon, SK.
Are you passionate about Sports? Football? Baseball? How about Golf? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Retail Supervisor to join our growing team at Tm2SPORTS. This position will work with customer service, sales, marketing, warehouse and operations teams to provide superior customer experience while contributing to achieve sales and revenue targets. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining a positive shopping environment and the role will share a passion and knowledge for retail and sports culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee retail floor layout and maintain accurate inventory of products
- Ensure all items are labelled & priced prior to merchandising
- Ensure all promotions and signage are current and accurate
- Assist with daily ongoing receipt of goods in our shipping department and prepare orders for count verification
- Support and perform inventory counts
- Packaging of online orders and shipping
- Adding promotions to our social media accounts
- Encourage and maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols as set out by management which will meet provincial and federal standards
- Other duties as assigned by management
Work Hours
This position requires full-time status and is a 4-5 days per week. Scheduled hours will be based on the needs of the business. There may be occasional after-hours requirements for events such as warehouse operations, physical inventory, trade shows, and more.
Evening and weekend availability may be required.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in store management or supervisory roles within a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Negotiation skills to facilitate effective communication with vendors and customers.
- Sales acumen to drive revenue growth through effective team leadership.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to travel to and from work as the schedule requires
- Must be fluent in English: Ability to communicate clearly and objectively both verbally and in writing.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting +/- 50 pounds
- Punctual and reliable
- Proficiency with MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong organizational skills, there will always be multiple tasks to coordinate and prioritize

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
