**Your role**:

- Plan delivery and pickup routes using a TMS for Eastern Canada
- Plan LBM deliveries manually for the Quebec region
- Enhance TMS usage by contributing to the improvement of its quality and processes
- Manage trailer overflow, manage add-ons and prioritize loading schedule
- Inform customers and suppliers of transportation procedures
- Maintain the delivery schedules in the system
- Ensure that transportation operations are smoothly executed by Lowe’s Canada carriers
- Provide service to Lowe’s Canada’s customers and suppliers
- Ensure communication between shipping and receiving for transportation equipment
- Ensure carriers are paid in the Freight Pay system

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- College degree in transportation and logistics
- Three years of relevant transportation experience
- Knowledge of Canadian geography
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to resolve operational problems
- Can-do attitude and results-driven approach
- Team player attitude
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (an important asset)
- Good logístical problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a frequently changing environment
- Customer service experience
- Available to do replacements on different shifts
