**Your role**:
**Your role**
- Provide support with the OTM/TMS nationwide - account creation, technical assistance, PO follow-up with the transportation operations teams
- Manage the freight terms for the suppliers’ agreements in OTM
- Manage the transport zones rates in OTM
- Provide support for the carrier segmentation process
- Coordinate the outbound delivery frequency process with the transportation managers & district managers for stores
- Support the planification optimization process in OTM/TMS
- Create the cascades in OTM when needed in collaboration with the demand fulfilment team
- Ensure project support
- Develop SOPs and training documents
- Support training for suppliers & carriers
**The qualifications we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management (operations, logistics, supply chain), engineering (industrial), or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the areas of transportation, logistics, supply chain, or distribution
- MS Office - advanced Excel, Access (an asset)
- Analytical and communication skills; demonstrated ability to deliver functional analyses
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration at all levels of the organization
- Track record of providing high-quality deliverables on time and under pressure as well as managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to use and/or learn technology solutions such as Transportation Management Systems (TMSs), routing optimization, network modelling, carrier sourcing, and business analytics tools
- Experience in the retail industry, large-scale national distributor, or transportation/logistics service provider (an asset)
- Experience evolving in a context of transformational change (an asset)
