Dobson & Toncic, a People Corporation company, has a proven track record for in-depth expertise, innovation and customer service over the past two decades providing Employee Benefits, Wealth Management and Personal Insurance Solutions in Ontario since 1994.
The **Client Service Specialist** will provide support and assistance to the Senior Account Executive. This includes preparing and processing Group Benefits proposals in a timely manner; management of client documentation and client inquiries; and maintaining client files and all related information in secure client database.
**Key responsibilities of the Client Service Specialist are**:

- Providing confidential support to Senior Account Executive
- Preparing Marketing, Renewal and New Business Proposals for Senior Account Executive.
- Acting as a main point of contact for client’s enquiries; responding to client questions and requests within 1 business day.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Contributing to the team by sharing information, knowledge and personal strengths; and seeking to understand and build on differing perspectives of others to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Maintaining Group Benefits operations by following policies and procedures
- Processing confidential client information and maintaining client’s records accurately in database system (TAM).
- Preparing special reports as requested by Senior Account Executive.**

**To be successful in the Client Service Specialist role, you will need**:

- Highly developed time management skills with ability to prioritize/manage deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of work
- LLQP (Life license qualification) in good standing in an asset; if you do not have the LLQP we will help you to acquire it
- 10+ years of Group Benefits industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including excellent knowledge of Excel
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) either studying or qualified would be an asset
