**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Creating promotional and marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, videos, pamphlets and other related materials for both day-to-day use and trade shows;
- Ensuring all POS/signage materials meet Company requirements;
- Using Adobe Creative Suite to design and prepare marketing tools for publication or alternatives;
- Proofreads and formats sales and marketing documents ensuring correct grammar, theme, meaning and style;
- Developing, managing and maintaining the primary website through the Customer Management Systems;
- Providing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) support to the Company’s website;
- Monitoring analytic tools for valuable insights on the websites performance and ranking;
- Supporting and administering the company’s membership in Associations;
- Coordinating the Company’s activities within these organizations;
- Providing marketing and administrative support for development of new markets;
- Participating in trade shows, as required;
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Marketing Management Diploma would be considered an asset;
- Website Development Certificate would be considered an asset;
- (2) years’ experience with technical writing and social media;
- (5) years’ experience developing marketing and promotional materials;
- Understands and is competent in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Sage CRM;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Creative minded with the ability to draw attention through social media posts;
- Possesses strong organization and problem-solving skills;
- Holds self and others accountable for keeping commitments, maintaining standards, and achieving goals;
- Exhibits strong sense of professionalism;
- Strong documentation skills;
- Able to work under pressure with a strong attention to detail;
- Must hold a Valid Class 5 Driver's license;
