Technical Service Coordinator

**The Opportunity**
We are recruiting a hard working and conscientious full-time Technical Service Coordinator, for an 18-month contract position, to grow with us at EDPRO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for scheduling and communicating service schedules with all stakeholders.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Provide assistance and support to technicians as required
- Consistently and effectively meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- As directed, produce metrics and reports to identify outstanding items
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service quality enhancement
- Proactively identify and address issues while exhibiting continuous professionalism
- General administrative support to sales team as required
- Highly committed to customer service excellence
- Exceptional organization skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- University degree or college diploma
