**What Would a Typical Day Look Like?**

As a **Service Coordinator,** you will:

- Prepare parts quotes (excel) - ranging from simple repeats to tracking down old assemblies. Work with senior staff and designers.
- Working with purchase components vendors for pricing
- Prepare order sheets
- Backup to procurement for processing PO’s
- Prepare packing slips
- Review invoicing

**What Qualifies You for this Opportunity?**
- High attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft excel
- Able to learn internal system
- Passion for Automation & Robotics
