The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced, Agile environment, planning, managing, and leading the delivery of detailed technical and functional specifications aligned with enterprise standards and frameworks. Key Responsibilities Plan, elicit, analyze, document, and manage detailed functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables. Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and comply with best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes. Required Experience Minimum of 4+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience. Proven knowledge of system analysis processes, components, and data flows. Experience with system interfaces, data security, and business rule documentation. Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline. Strong background collaborating between business and technology teams. Nice-to-Have Experience Understanding or application of AI tools in business processes. Previous work in the financial services or government sector. Certifications such as CBAP or equivalent.
