**What Does a Fleet Technology Specialist Do?**:
The Fleet Technology Specialist will bring expertise in electronic fleet management tracking tools to a team who will use these new technologies for fleet management at The Miller Group.

**As a Fleet Technology Specialist, You Will**:

- Drive the implementation of new technologies that exist within Colas for fleet management (Power Bi, Inspection Apps, Fuel Tracking Apps, etc.)
- Organize and attend internal alignment meetings
- Coordinate with Operations to facilitate and attend project kick-offs and deployment
- Assist in implementing change as required to improve systems and procedures
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures while complying with all legal regulations
- Be required to travel to different equipment repair shops
- Other duties as required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Project Management experience
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to train others
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Keen interest in equipment repair and management is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform would be an asset
- Experience with Fleet Management tracking technology would be considered an asset
