Opulence Global is looking for a capable Order Fulfillment / Shipping Associate to process incoming orders and pick the right products from the warehouse to get ready the order ready. Their primary duties include accurately filling customer orders with products that meet quality standards, updating inventory counts in the inventory system and moving products throughout the warehouse and prepare for shipping.

They should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Process incoming orders promptly and accurately
- Pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order processing
- Perform inventory management tasks and maintain organized stock shelves
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries related to shipping and order status
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as requested
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations is a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Team player with organizational skills
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to lift packages
- Bilingual an asset

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
