Richmond Hill, Canada Opulence Global Full time

Opulence Global is looking for a capable Order Fulfilment Associate to process incoming orders and select the right products from the warehouse to be ready for delivery. Their primary duties include accurately filling customer orders with products that meet quality standards, updating inventory counts in the inventory system and moving products throughout the warehouse.

They should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Process and package e-commerce orders accurately
- Ensure the products picked meet company's quality standards
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as requested
- Proven warehouse experience
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Education**
- Secondary Education or equivalent

**Salary**: $18.00+ per hour
