**Your Role**:
As a **Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist**, you will have a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities that contribute to the success of eToronto Tickets. This role requires an energetic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual who can manage customer interactions, ticket order deliveries, IT support, and social media coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide proactive, friendly, and high-quality service to eToronto Tickets’ customers.
- Assist customers with purchases, active orders, inventory questions, and upcoming event details.
- Utilize internal and external technology to manage order fulfillment.
- Support and maintain websites and domain management.
- Maintain VOIP business lines.
- Contribute to team culture and company growth.
- Develop and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, X).
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and order processing.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- **1-2 years of digital marketing experience**.**:
- **1-2 years of administrative experience.**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for live events (sports, concerts, or theatre).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player mentality with a strong desire to contribute to company culture and success.
- Proficiency with MS Office & CRM platforms.
- **This is an on-site role, and you must be able to commute to our office in Richmond Hill, ON.**

**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- **Education**: Secondary School (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of sales & customer service experience (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of administrative experience (preferred).

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
