**Who You Are**:
The Business Development Representative is a key representative of our sales call centre. This role is responsible for generating new revenue and meeting sales goals by delivering sales presentations to current and prospective clients and developing strong client relationships.

This role requires a salesperson that has a proven record of success in outbound sales, is results-driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
- This is an in-office role located at our office in Richmond, BC._

**What a Business Development Representative Does**:

- Build, manage and maintain strategic relationships with clients
- Deliver sales presentations to clients/prospects over the telephone
- Identify, qualify and develop client prospects
- Manage and maintain accurate customer contact database

**What the Company Will Expect From You**:

- 2 years experience in a Business Development Representative role or other outbound sales experience
- Previous experience with cold calling leads and building rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Be energized and determined to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Upbeat and positive attitude
