- Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience
- Automotive experience is an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book/coordinate automotive service appointments
- Manage customer comments, questions, and concerns
- Report to Fixed Operations Manager to resolve any customer concerns
- Create action plans to provide a better customer experience
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.
