Worship Pastor at Christian Camp

The Worship Pastor leads worship twice daily, prepares devotionals, supports weekly speakers, and builds the summer’s worship band. They also support May-June activity days by running activities and assisting school groups. In summer, they will mentor staff spiritually, guide devotion times, and intentionally connect with campers throughout the week. This role also oversees worship logistics, including sound systems, lyric slides, and chapel upkeep. Strong worship-leading ability, pastoral gifting, and a deep relationship with God are essential.
