**Our Commissary is looking for Baker that know how to make muffins batters, loaves and Homestyle's package desserts from scratch, must be familiar with basic baking principles to troubleshoot when necessary.**
- **Successful completion of Culinary Program**:

- **Food Handler’s Certificate**:

- **Knowledge of proper aesthetic presentation of food items.**:

- **Knowledge of proper date rotation.**:

- **Knowledge of policy on expired product and removal.**:

- **Knowledge of when to communicate with other departments for needs**:

- **Knowledge of specialized kitchen equipment and use.**:

- **Knowledge of a high standard of personal hygiene.**

**ATTRIBUTES**:

- **Ability to consistently follow recipe and execute large demands of food items.**:

- **Ability to correct dishes which are not consistent with Pusateri’s standards.**:

- **Ability to plan, organize and collect food and commodities for menus.**:

- **Ability to prioritize and read orders, menus, recipes and task sheets.**:

- **Effective written communication skills.**:

- **Ability to plan and organize logical work sequences within time constraints**:

- **Demonstrated organization skills to manage multiple projects.**:

- **Ability to work in cooperation with other kitchen members.**:

- **Leadership ability to provide guidance, training, direction and to coordinate, assign, schedule, check and supervise the work of staff in section.**:

- **Ability to work outside regular business hours if requested.**

**Ability to adapt to performing miscellaneous jobs-related duties or assist other departments if required**
