**Job Description: Baker (Full-Time)**

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Baker** to join our team at our Oakwood Village location.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Availability for early morning shifts (no earlier than 3 AM) and weekends
- Professional experience in a bakery or restaurant setting and/or a pastry degree
- A genuine passion for baking, especially bagels and pastries
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive, inclusive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing and mixing various doughs from scratch
- Baking off bagels and pastries during early morning shifts
- Accurately scaling ingredients and managing production prep
- Maintaining inventory and placing orders for ingredients as needed
- Offering creative input for seasonal specials and reimagined old-world pastries
- Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and ensuring a sanitary work environment

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
