Accuenergy warehouse specialist is responsible for the effective management and coordination of all warehouse activities. This role involves warehouse daily operations, overseeing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods through the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Team Leadership:

- Supervise warehouse staff and plan and manage daily operations.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Inventory Management:

- Organize and maintain inventory, including stocking and restocking shelves.
- Manage inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

3. Operational Efficiency:

- Implement and improve efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Optimize layout and space utilization for effective storage and retrieval.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

4. Safety Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

5. Order Fulfillment:

- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Monitor order fulfillment to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.

6. Equipment Maintenance:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition to support daily operations.

7. Communication:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to optimize inbound and outbound logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
