**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipping containers and other deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Manage paperwork and documentation, including customs forms, shipping records, and inventory logs.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating shipments. Organize and maintain inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in **logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management**, with **direct experience receiving shipping containers** preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Mandarin language skills preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
