Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Specialist with hands-on experience in receiving shipping containers. This role is perfect for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and enjoy handling warehouse operations, paperwork, and logistics coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth container arrivals, accurate inventory, and efficient documentation processes, while supporting our growing logistics team and customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipping containers and other deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Manage paperwork and documentation, including customs forms, shipping records, and inventory logs.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating shipments. Organize and maintain inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, with direct experience receiving shipping containers preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Mandarin language skills preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
