We are looking for a talented, passionate and proven Assistant Department Managers who can dazzle our customers with excellent customer service and exceptional shopping experiences

As an Assistant Department Manager Grocery/SAP, your work will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction. You will keep sales floor stocked with attractively displayed products; check product quantity and quality; carry out product rotation; ensure the department is clean and tidy; deliver high-quality customer service; adhere to company standards and policies in your work; and perform any other tasks the role and/or your supervisor requires.

The Assistant Department Manager is responsible for supervising and allocating tasks to staff, as well as supporting Department Managers in their roles at both an administrative and operational level. In addition, when the Department Manager is absent, the Assistant Department Manager must be available and ready to carry out any tasks normally handled by the Manager (scheduling, ordering, merchandising, administration, staff management etc.).
