Manotick, Canada Professional and Parent Full time

I am a working professional and admittedly overwhelmed parent with 3 boys in school, ages 5-12, who is looking for an energetic, part time live out assistant to help with organizing and excecuting the way too many tasks I somehow need to accomplish in a day such as: the morning launch, opening and managing, filing, data entry, keeping track of supplies, planning and sous-cheffing meals, organizing and cycling the endless "stuff", running errands, picking up the shopping, kid taxi etc I have some flexibility as to the days and hours but I would prefer 3-5 mornings (7/7:30-...) and 2 afternoon-evenings (3 or 4 -9) per week, and an average of 1-2 weekend days per month. Average weekly hours would be 20, however there could be more hours if you are willing and able to do more (varied) tasks and times. Mileage paid at CRA rate whenever you are using your own vehicle for errand running. (please keep a log) If you live at a distance, there is room for negotiation on the mileage. Completion of secondary school, CPR and first aid training as well as previous experience in childcare computer literacy, self direction and a general love of and proficiency at organizing other people (me followed by the smaller humans) is required. I need someone who is at least moderately athletic and if intending to work long term, is a strong swimmer. Must have a cellphone, can drive, and have your own vehicle. (For kid transport, we can likely lend a vehicle) Reasonable functionality in French would be nice, but not required or expected. I would be beyond thrilled for anyone wanting to help me in the garden or deal with plants and critters. We have a cat in the house and there are a lot of dogs in the neighbourhood so some comfort with pets is important though you won't have to do much in that area. We eat anything and therefore cannot guarantee an allergy free environment. So, if you have severe food allergies, this might not work well.
