Ottawa, Canada Surgenor Truck Group (OTTAWA) Full time

Surgenor Truck Centre in Ottawa, Ontario is currently seeking a **WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE / DRIVER** with high attention to detail and organization skills to support our company’s warehouse operations. This individual will be working closely with the warehouse lead and parts sales staff to fulfill customer orders by picking parts, preparing them for shipment, as well as receiving and organizing inventory. Experience within the commercial trucking industry is preferred, retail warehouse experience is also acceptable.

**Qualifications**:

- RECENT Warehouse experience: 2 years (required)
- High School Diploma (required)
- Valid G Drivers License (required)
- Current or past forklift operating experience (asset)
- Ability to drive a box delivery truck (asset)
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Strong oral & written communication
- Computer skills/Proficient with computer software
- Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs,
- Willingness to continuously learn & be self-directed

**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfilling customer order and preparing them for pick-up or delivery
- Loading and unload orders
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Inventory control and organization
- Perform cycle counts
- Prepare parts shipments
- Prepare stock and core returns
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments from vendors and associate dealers
- Put received stock away in correct bin locations
- Tasks and responsibilities may be added or changed depending on dealership demands
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
