Looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a good knowledge to carry on the required printing jobs and operating the centre print production. The empolyeee will be trained to roll on as a Customer Service representative as it is main role to provide service to the store customers.

**Duties &Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm and mock-up design ideas.
- Completes tasks in a quick turn environment.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to cooperate with other store team.
- Continuously practices good skills with customers, Store team members, and leadership.
- Meet with customers to present concepts and adjust designs to fit their needs or taste.
- Manage quality control throughout production process to ensure finished product is correct and meets customer and the Store quality standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous copy centre/print shop environment with customer interaction is preferable.
- Strong computer proficiency with of MS Office, Adobe based platforms
- Strong communication skills when dealing directly with the Customers.
- An organized, responsible, reliable and punctual team-player
- High attention to detail
- Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed
- Customer service oriented with effective communication skills
- Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week
- Good Typing speed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50 /hour
