Looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a good experience in Customer Service for retail store, The company may agree to provide a payable training guide line to the Employee how hasn't previous experience in shipping, printing,etc. as a Customer Service representative presenting service to the store customers.

**Duties &Responsibilities**:

- Completes tasks in a quick turn environment;
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment;
- Continuously practices good skills with Store Customers, team members, and leadership;
- Meet with customers to present concepts and adjust services to fit their needs or taste;
- Manage quality control throughout production process to ensure finished product is correct and meets customer and the Store quality standards;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Good Typing speed;
- The UPS Store Previous Experience is preferable;
- Strong computer proficiency with of MS Office, Adobe based platforms;
- Strong communication skills when dealing directly with the Customers;
- An organized, responsible, reliable and punctual team-player;
- High attention to detail;
- Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed;
- Customer service oriented with effective communication skills;
- Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 5-6 work days/ week

- Excellent typing skill;
- Computer Microsoft office good knowledge, and Operation;

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (must)

Work Location: One location

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
