**Job Overview - Construction Cleaning Supervisor for ME Cleaners**

This role requires **exceptional time management**, a **proactive mindset**, and strong **leadership and problem-solving skills**. You will supervise crews, delegate tasks, inspect completed work, and handle client or site manager feedback/complaints with professionalism and urgency.

**Availability**: Must be flexible to work early mornings (before 7:00 AM), late days (after 4:00 PM), and weekends when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, coordinate, and assist cleaning teams across multiple construction projects.
- Divide and assign tasks efficiently to ensure on-time project completion.
- Inspect worksites to ensure top-quality cleaning, attention to detail, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment — ensure proper use and inventory control.
- Handle on-site issues and client complaints swiftly and professionally (availability 24/7 as needed).
- Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies tailored to construction environments.
- Train and mentor team members to follow procedures and uphold company standards.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain accurate logs, progress reports, and issue records.

**Qualifications**
- **Multilingual**: Must speak at least **two** of the following fluently — **French, Spanish, English** (ideally all three).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years in construction or post-construction cleaning** (supervisory experience preferred).
- **Strong leadership and organizational skills** — able to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Quick thinker and problem-solver** — able to resolve issues independently and efficiently.
- **Creative and resourceful**, with a keen eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to manage teams and client relations.
- **Valid driver’s license** (with a car)
- Solid understanding of **cleaning products, materials, and techniques** specific to construction environments.
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and supervision tasks as needed.
